Dear Friends of Massage & Movement,

We are still navigating difficult times. I know with all of my heart that a loving God  has plans for us to prosper in this New Year as we live through a pandemic as individuals, local and global community.

What I have done to encourage hope and long-term visions  is to remain faithful and act each day from a place of trust and to create rituals that remove the heavy overcoat of agitation from my body so I can fully step into the possibilities of the future I long for.

In taking an active role in hanging the heavy over coat up on a hook, I see that the hat, scarf and gloves worry about the COVID pandemic taking so many lives and keeping us isolated from one another. The scratch and itch make it difficult to navigate a massage practice safely.

Last summer, I was creative and bought a Gazebo do do “open air” massages at my home.  When the weather started to get cooler, I gave massages at a Spec House in Searsmont that my husband and son built.

Still a little flushed, I went for a walk with a Dear Friend and I shared that I was looking for a space to sublet with someone 3 days a week. She was looking for the same. Through our trusting and love, together, we have created Our New Home. I am happy to say that the overcoat is no longer heavy and scratchy. I am grateful that the overcoat is comfortable and warm.

Our new office:

69 Elm St. Camden, ME.

Office Hours: Monday, Friday & Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm

I was awarded a generous grant from MCEDD which was used to   purchase an Atem IQAir filter. It has a  HyperHEPA filtration technology  particles (smaller than 0.1 microns) are so small that they can move through your lung tissue, into your bloodstream and then to any organ within your body. IQAir technology removes 99.5% of all particles down to 0.003 microns. It comes to protection against the tiniest particles.

Rather than pull back or resign and close my massage business amidst the pandemic, your continuous support has helped me to keep stepping forward in faith.

Let’s come inside and get a massage! During the month of February, I will give 90 minute massages for $100. Together, we can remember through massage how good it feels to restore ourselves and to “come home” to our bodies. For those who are experiencing financial hardship, be courageous and call me.  691-0730
Together, we can work something out.

With Love, Gratitude and Faith,
